Japanese company Konami Corp. has sued Harmonix Music Systems, a video game developer and subsidiary of media mogul Viacom Inc. According to the lawsuit, filed yesterday in a federal court in Marshall, Texas, Harmonix’ famous title “Rock Band” violates a Konami patent.
