Halo Pacakge

There were hundreds of disappointed Xbox 360 users due to Xbox’s hard ware failure, and Nathaniel was just one of them, but what makes this kid different from the other users is that he customized his Xbox artistically according to his favorite video game “Halo” with the signature artwork of Luke McKay from the Halo development team making his X-box, one-of-a-kind. So when his console broke down he was very nervous. So he had no choice but to send his Xbox to Microsoft after seeking assurance from Microsoft that his Xbox would be safe in their hands after which he sent his broken console for repair hesitantly.

The nightmare began when Microsoft returned Nathaniel’s Xbox and it is not what it used to be.  All of what made his Xbox 360 one of a kind was scrubbed clean leaving his Xbox just one of the ordinary availed Xbox 360 around. He didn’t weather they cleaned it off or they had the case replaced, Microsoft said that they’ll find the reason behind it but Nathaniel doubts otherwise. Some sources say that it was a miscommunication between Microsoft’s phone support and the repair center themselves. Who ever was at fault Nathaniel felt such a great loss.

To his dismay, he started sharing his experience to people online by writing down his story and posting it on blogs. Someone caught wind of Nathaniel predicament and it just happened to be Halo’s creator himself, Bungie. Bungie felt to urge to make it up to the video game’s loyal fan. Although Bungie wasn’t able to replace an exact replica of Nathaniel’s Xbox, he was given a huge box of hard-to-find memorabilia of Halo products that includes a Master Chief Helmet with signatures of the staff behind Halo, a CD of the soundtrack of Halo that has signature of the composer himself, Martin O’Donnell. Nathaniel was ecstatic when he saw the bunch of Halo stuff and he said, “Bungie has far surpassed any response I could have anticipated,”.

The other stuff that was included in the bag:

Bungie Jacket

Bungie T-Shirt

Legendary Helmet with signature of the staff behind Halo

3 Soundtracks of the game that was autographed by Marty O’Donnel

Halo Actionclix Preview Pack

Halo 3 Wall Graffix

Halo Graphic Novel

Halo 3 Hackeysack

Four Action Figures of McFalane

Halo 3 Skin and Faceplate for Xbox 360

Halo 3 Messgenger Bag

Two Halo 3 Wireless Controllers (Limited Edition)

Halo Actionclix Preview pack

Halo Actionclix Game Pack 4

Halo 3 Wristband

Halo 3 Hackeysack

Nathaniel didn’t expect that the news would go around so fast that it would even reach the creator of Halo himself. Bungie really had nothing to do with the situation but he gave way to make an avid fan to be more proud of being a Halo fanatic. That behind the failure of Xbox 360, if you’re a Halo fan, you would wish that you were in Nathaniel’s shoes and that your Xbox 360 got broken too.
